Suji gulab jamun
Ingredient :- 1 cup milk
500 gram sugar
One and half cup sooji
1 tablespoon desi ghee
1 tablespoon cardamom powder
To make a Suji gulab jamun we have to prepare the sugar syrup.
For sugar syrup you have to take a bowl and three cups of water they let it boil then add 500 grams to go into it.
Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. But we have to stare it continuously. You will see it will become a into a thick consistency. Then keep it for the rest.
Now let’s start Gulam Jamun take a fry Pan add one tablespoon ghee 1 let it melt then add 1 cup milk.
Then boil the milk for a couple of minute then pour half cup Suji into it, at the cardamom powder also mix it well with the help of a spoon where it will become a thick pest and It will look like a dough.
Then take it off from the pan and, let it cool down.
Then make a small suji dough
Then take fry pan add oil into it to fry the Suji ball in medium flame. Try all the Suji dough properly it will turn into Brown.
Then put the Suji dough into the sugar syrup let it stay for a 15 to 20 minutes then serve in a serving plate .
