Singara Recipe With Sweet Chutney Bengali Mouth Watering Recipe
- Potatoes 500 gram
- Ginger And Green Chili
- Salt to test
- Mustard oil 250 gram
- Maida 240 gram all purpose flour
- Sugar 300 grams
- Ghee or Dalda 2 tbs
- Coriander powder 5 gram
- Cumin powder 4 gram
- Turmeric powder 4 Gram
- Red chilli powder 3 gram
- Amchur powder 2 gram
- Garam Masala 2 gram
- Panch phoron 1 tablespoon
Take a small bowl at some tamarind and deep into warm water to make past we will use it for sweet chatni for Singara chatni.
Take the potato and cut in a square shape (Don’t pill the sin) boil in water until it’s boiled stain it out, don’t throw the water.
Make a paste of Ginger and green chilli to (make singara potatos gravy .) Take a fry pan and add 1 tablespoon mustard oil, then add Panch phoron in warm oil then give ginger and green chilli paste and now start to add all the spices one by one coriander powder, cumin powder ,turmeric powder, red chilli powder powder fry it well, then add all the boil potatoes into the masala gravy , then give the salt and sugar fry little big then and the stain water ,fry the water until it’s dry out.

Let’s make the Singara batter preparation.
Take a bowl and give 240 grams all purpose flour to it at little bit salt sugar ghee or Dalda of your choice mix all the ingredients well then add water slowly slowly and make a dough keep it for 30 minutes in between that we will make sweet singara chutney.
For chatni take fry , pan add 1 tablespoon mustard oil give it one by 1tbs Panch phoron Ginger and green chilli paste then added all the spices coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, amchur powder, jaggery powder and one tablespoon black salt mix it well then add tamarind water. Fry until is become little big thick. Your Singara chanti in ready to make mouth watering
Now let’s fry the singara take that dough and make like a chapati cut from the middle and fold it in a Singara shape (triangle shape) . Add the potatos mixture into the chapati and fold like singara shape.
Then fry in the mustered oil fry in a medium flame until it’s become golden slowly slowly is will become golden then you can sure your singara is ready now take it off in a serving plate with sweet singera chatni .
