First Time In West Bengal Virtual Swearing ,Cabinet Swears In Just 6 Minutes
Bengali saw the shortest swearing-in ceremony in Corona Time. The swearing in of 43 ministers was completed in just 6 minutes. This is the first time in the country that 3 ministers have taken a virtual oath.
24 MLAs were sworn in as full ministers at an informal ceremony at the Raj Bhavan on Monday. Amit Mitra, Rathin Ghosh and Bratya Basu were virtually present in it. Amit took the virtual oath with caution. Rathin and Bratya are not affected. Is in seclusion.
This time there was no arrangement to take separate oath due to the prevalence of corona. The full ministers read the oath together. After them, the independent state ministers took oath. After that the state ministers took oath together. The swearing-in ceremony ended at 6 minutes.
