Several states have complained against the Center over the Tika famine. Vaccination has even been stopped in many camps in some states, including Maharashtra and Delhi. However, the then Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said there was no shortage of vaccines. Adequate vaccines are being sent to each state. In the meantime, the central government took over the entire responsibility of vaccination. Experts warn that it is not possible to deal with the third wave of corona unless vaccination is accelerated. Even after that, some doctors are complaining that the pace of vaccination in the country is still very low. The latest information from the CoWin Portal supports their allegations.
